Description

A refined blend of grape must and wine brandy, it presents a luscious sweetness on the nose with notes of stone fruits, marzipan and toasted dried fruits.

On the palate, hints of caramel and poached pear create a perfect balance between sweetness, acidity, and alcohol. Enjoy it on its own as an aperitif, or paired with toasted or pan-seared foie gras.
