Description

Dress :
The light yellow gold tinged with silvery reflections immediately flatters this vintage. 

Nose :
White flowers, such as elderflower and acacia, mingle with subtle notes of lychee, lime zest, and almond. 

Mouth :
The freshness of the Chardonnay defines the initial taste of this champagne. The lively citrus notes are present, but this is immediately softened by a touch of sweetness, with a blend of dulce de leche and juicy pear. These aromas lend length to the cuvée.

Food and wine pairings:
Scallop carpaccio and grilled sea bass fillet would be a welcome accompaniment.
