Mazal Brut Champagne

The name of our first vintage is composed of the initials of each of our first names: "Mélanie, Arnaud, Zoé, Antonin and Lily-rose"

Appearance: This champagne has a golden yellow color, hinting at its deliciousness.

Nose: Apricot marmalade is beautifully expressed and followed by notes of quince and mountain honey.

Palate: The palate is harmonious, with luscious mirabelle plum and blood orange notes for freshness and length. Aromas of pear tart, reminiscent of almond tart, add complexity to this blend of three grape varieties.

Food and wine pairings: A chicken simmered with Vin Jaune and morels will enhance this vintage.
