NERO Brut Nature Champagne

BLACK + ZERO = NERO
Its name, "NERO", comes from the white blend of NOIRS and ZERO dosage since no sugar was added during disgorging.

Dress :
This vintage has a lovely light gold color topped with a layer of persistent bubbles.

Nose :
The nose is complex, a meticulous blend of apple pie, ripe pears, and fresh almonds.

Mouth :
The richness of the pear is present at first. This is followed by the freshness and tartness of fresh red berries. The tasting finishes with freshness, substance, and the natural deliciousness of a lightly dosed cuvée. The raspberry is quite prominent.

Food and wine pairings :
The chalky notes and freshness of this zero dosage will allow this champagne to be served alongside oysters, seafood and tuna tataki.
