Champagne BRUT W

The "W" vintage pays tribute to Werner PRIGNITZ for his work and his passion for Pinot Noir.

Appearance: This champagne has a light gold color accompanied by elegant and persistent bubbles.

Nose: There are notes of fresh nuts such as almond and walnut, as well as citrus fruits, in the form of peels and candied fruits. All of this is supported by sweet spices.

Palate: The palate is both rich and fresh. Initially, ripe citrus juices emerge. Mid-palate, red fruits take center stage, with redcurrant and raspberry notes. These tangy notes carry through to the finish, giving it a lovely length and a distinctive character.

Food and wine pairings: This champagne will enhance light dishes, such as fish with lemon beurre blanc or chicken skewers marinated in coconut milk.
