From Vine to Wine

From vine to wine, the alliance of Champagne traditions and current techniques defines for us a focus on quality, patience and sharing at every moment of the year.

Our vineyards

Located in the Côte des Bar, our vineyard is situated in two communes, Bar-sur-Aube and Proverville, in two parallel valleys.
The main grape variety is Pinot Noir, reflecting our terroir and the clay-limestone soils that give it its distinctive character. The two other grape varieties produced are Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, essential in creating quality blends. Committed to sustainable practices and environmental issues, in 2019 we obtained dual certification: HVE (High Environmental Value) level 3 via pathway A and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne).

Our wines

Crafted in our winery in Proverville, our cuvées are made using traditional Champagne methods while incorporating modern winemaking techniques. Each of our plots expresses its character differently once alcoholic fermentation is complete.

Through their climate, their age, the soil or even the pruning system, they allow us to have heterogeneous ranges of wines which will be finely tasted for a precise and careful blending.

All our stainless steel tanks are temperature-controlled to maintain consistent temperatures in order to produce and preserve quality wines.

Our press

Operational since the 2023 harvest, our new press now allows us to be totally independent.

A new vat room, larger than the one in Proverville, increases our production and storage capacities.

We will take you to discover our rooftop, gaining altitude for your enjoyment.
