The "Rosa" vintage pays homage to Rosa Prignitz, tenacious and visionary, she is the foundation of our identity.

Appearance: This champagne has a deep apricot color. A lovely, bright white mousse crowns the wine.

Nose: The nose is floral and gourmand, with elderflower, peony and Mara des bois strawberry.

Palate: Just like the nose, the palate offers us a gourmet and elegant moment with aromas of strawberry tart.  The fluidity of this wine highlights its finesse. The finish has a touch of substance, typical of a rosé.

Food and wine pairing: This vintage will go perfectly with a cocktail aperitif or a buffet of chocolate and fruit petit fours.
